Duty Calls, the short from Paul Blinkhorn, has been selected by North West Vision to be submitted to Cannes’ Short Film Corner here Although it’s a general film market and anyone can submit a film for 95 Euros, it’s quite exciting that NWVM have sponsored it to go.
